12 weeks!!!

Do you believe it? It has been 12 weeks since my surgery. I have been back to work on my regular schedule for about 3 weeks. It was hard and tiring for the first few days, but now, its like old times. I can actually exercise in the morning for an hour or so, go to work, and still have energy to watch my favorite television shows or play with Jesse in the evenings.

The other night was Halloween. Jesse and I went out trick-or-treating dressed, as you can see, as doctor and patient. One day you may see that face (his, not mine) along with a C.V. on the Mayo website. It was nice to wear a hospital gown as a costume, for a change.

Otherwise, everything is status quo. My exercise tolerance continues to increase. I am slowly backing off the anti-arrythmic medication. And life continues. Jesse turns 5 next week, so I have been busily completing the preparations for his Pokemon/reptile birthday party in our backyard.

Until later....
